New Delhi: Bollywood’s famous actor Rishi Kapoor has passed away. He was admitted to Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital in Mumbai. Rishi Kapoor was suffering from cancer and was having trouble breathing. His brother Randhir Kapoor had told that Rishi was taken to the hospital on Wednesday morning.

Amitabh Bachchan expressed his grief by tweeting. Amitabh wrote,

“He’s gone!… Rishi Kapoor… Gone.. just passed away… I am destroyed “

Bollywood’s showman Rishi Kapoor was the son of film actor and director Raj Kapoor. He was fighting a battle against cancer for the past two years. In the year 2018, Rishi Kapoor went to New York for the treatment of cancer. After being treated there for several months, Rishi Kapoor returned to India in 2019. But even after coming back to India, he had to make frequent trips to the hospital. Earlier, he was hospitalized twice in February.

A day earlier, on Wednesday, we had lost Irrfan Khan. Now, one day after the death of Irrfan, that is, Rishi has left us on Thursday. Bollywood has suffered a huge loss due to passing through these two veteran actors.
